Accessibility note: There are three steps leading up to the front door of the house. Inside, there is one step down to access the backyard. The main entrance door is 33 inches wide, and the first-floor bedroom door is 30 inches wide. The shower in the first-floor bathroom is slightly sunken and requires stepping down about half a step to enter. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV, so you never have to fight over the channel! The modern kitchen boasts granite countertop and stainless-steel appliances. The spacious island sits four, and the elegant dining area sits 6. The living room’s giant sectional sofa can fit many comfortably. The loft on the second floor is where everyone could gather and watch TV. Indulge your inner child in the two themed bedrooms: one Frozen themed, and one Monsters Inc. themed. Feeling laid back? Make a splash in your heated private pool in the backyard! Optional pool heating is $25 per night. Having a family night? Delve into some board games! Don’t miss out on the fun at your 10,000 sq.ft. clubhouse, which you have full access to AT NO ADDITIONAL COST! The club house’s resort-style pool (heated year round) is complete with a lazy river, a frozen yogurt places for your little ones, and a poolside kiki bar with your favorite drinks. The clubhouse is open from 9am - 9pm. The Bar inside the clubhouse is open from 11am - dusk. Missing your routine workout? Swing by the fitness center with all the latest in cardio and strength-building equipment. Want to do something with your group? Try out the volleyball courts and multi-purpose sports courts. A sundry shop will provide snacks, and there is a video arcade for some indoor fun. Windsor at Westside is a gated community with attendants to ensure your family's safety.
